Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Our services are billed in credits. One credit equals €0.10, and prices in other supported currencies are calculated at the rate displayed at checkout.

Credits unlock specific engagements as described on the pricing and service pages. Unless stated otherwise, purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. For bank transfers, services start once the funds are confirmed. Late payments may suspend ongoing work. Taxes (VAT, etc.) are added where applicable.

Once a deliverable is paid in full, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use it for the agreed purpose. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to unlawful activity, infringement, reverse engineering or attempts to disrupt operations. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of AI App Dev's registration. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
