Refund Policy

We want you to be confident purchasing credits. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and how long they take.

Cooling-off period

EU/UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund of unused credits. If work has started at your explicit request, the value of work already delivered will be deducted.

Unused credits

Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, credits remain valid for 12 months but are non-refundable.

Started or delivered work

Credits already applied to an engagement are non-refundable once work has begun. If a milestone has not been accepted and we have not delivered the agreed scope, we will re-credit your account in good faith.

Bank transfers

For purchases paid by bank transfer, refunds are returned to the originating account. Bank fees may apply and are deducted from the refunded amount.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email on your account with your order number and reason for the request. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
