02

Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, hashed password, workspace settings.
  • Billing data — selected plan, credits, currency, invoices and payment metadata. Card data is processed by our payment providers, never stored on our servers.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device, browser, approximate location derived from IP.
  • Content you submit — messages sent through forms, briefs and uploads.
03

How we use your data

  • To deliver and operate the services you request.
  • To process payments and issue invoices.
  • To improve product performance and user experience.
  • To send service notifications and, with consent, marketing updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
04

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process personal data under one of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interest (e.g. service improvement and security), consent (e.g. marketing and non-essential cookies), or legal obligation.

05

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with vetted subprocessors who help us run the service — hosting, email delivery, analytics and payments. They process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

06

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).

07

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08

International transfers

Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards approved by the European Commission.

09

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
